IBPS Probationary Officers 2024 Eligibility

Selection Process of IBPS PO 2025-26
To choose qualified applicants for the positions of Management Trainees and Probationary Officers, the IBPS has three stages in its selection process which are as follows:
- Preliminary Exam: First of all, the IBPS Preliminary Exam is conducted in which the candidate’s English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability will be tested. Candidates will receive 1 hour to solve 100 questions. The test will be held for 100 points.
- Mains Exam: Contenders who clear the prelims exam will then have to participate in the mains exam. The main exam is the second stage of the selection process and candidates will have to give answers to 155 questions to score a maximum of 200 marks.
- Interview: All the shortlisted candidates who pass the Prelims and Main exam will be called for the interview round which will be the last stage of the selection process. In the interview round, the candidate’s overall personality and thinking pattern will be examined for the post.
